Return Policy

We accept returns if the product is defective, damaged/broken due to transportation, or caused by natural disasters. Here is important information for you when returning a product:

-         A product can be returned only if it is purchased from TRIENCY store, and delivered by us. We do not accept any return of a product that is not directly purchased online from the store even though it is a TRIENCY product.

-         We also do not accept any return of the products that are damaged/broken due to human impact, except the ones occurring during transportation and delivery.

-         You can return a product within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.

-         If you would like to return a product, please contact support@triency.co.uk with a Subject line of “TRIENCY Product Return”; and attach a photo of the product in your email. We will respond to your email within 24 business hours.

-         When returning a product, please ensure that the product, documentation, and all accessories are included in the original packaging with the original receipt. Therefore, we highly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 30 days from the date of receipt.

-         We will cover the shipping fee for product return only if the product is damaged/broken/defective due to TRIENCY.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased. Refunds are subject to the following terms:

-         For a damaged/broken/defective product upon receiving, we will offer you a replacement or full refund . Please contact us at support@triency.co.uk immediately upon receiving a damaged/broken/defective product for prompt support.

-         For an unused product, we only offer a 90%-refund for an opened product that is brand new, unused; and has no damage, scratches, missing components, missing accessories, or any aspect that affects and reduces their quality and performance.

-         For a used product, we will offer a 70%-refund if it looks like new and has no damage, scratches, missing components, missing accessories, or any aspect that affects and reduces its quality and performance.

-         Once we have received the returned product, the refund process will be carried out immediately if the product defects are verified.

-         Refunds that meet the above criteria are processed and made to your account within 7 working days from the receipt of your refund request.

-         If you have yet to receive your refund after 3 working days, please kindly check your account balance online and contact the Customer Support of the Credit Card you are using. The transaction may be subject to your card service provider, which may cause a delay in your refund. If no refund is going to be issued to your account after contacting your service provider, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@triency.co.uk.
