Warranty Terms and Conditions

TRIENCY products directly brought from the online store are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of receipt.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, TRIENCY at its option, will:

(1)   Replace the defective product with a new one, or the one with equivalent functionality (TRIENCY will cover the delivery expenses arising from the delivery of replacement), or

(2)   Refund full-purchase-price of the defective product to the payment method that you used on your order.

The warranty shall NOT apply to:

(1)   The product defects, failure, damage resulting from improper use, improper/inadequate maintenance and care, abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.  

(2)   The damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from improper use, use of the product in an environment not meeting the operating specifications.

(3)   The product defects, failure, damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance that arises after the warranty period (from the date of receipt) has ended.

(4)   The product defects, failure, damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from natural forces, natural disasters, unexpected circumstances or majeure acts.
